Reduced groups for 6 to 8 people

 

What is the workshop about? A space to share concerns about the work with the children.

8 sessions, open to dialogue and questions, to navigate obstacles in our professional practice.

 

Why? Because children have a manner of speaking that is different to that of adults. Because the cause of their problems with authority, autonomy, friends, motivation for study, etc., is not always clear.

 

What for? To generate resources that facilitate the tasks of education and care, using listening as a tool. To think and speak together from experience. To be able to change those exhausting “always” and “never” that leave no place for invention and enjoyment.

 

Coordination. I work with different colleagues with whom I share a theoretical orientation. Each one brings their particular professional experience to the sessions.

 

Time and place. The workshops will take place in the office. The times will be adjusted in accordance with the availability of the coordinators and participants.
